(Practical Quality Research), founded in May 1990, provided these services to
government departments and industry. PQR Plus was formed in 1997-8, principally
to deliver its CDE methodology
(Customer Delight Engineering) as part of a more comprehensive suite of
services and products.
adnet Solutions specialises
in IT solutions for Industry and has expertise in many areas of IT technology.
We have the capability to provide expertise for Internet based technology,
Network technology, Microsoft operating solutions and applications and Database
technology including SQL Server, Access and Oracle. Adnet can offer website
development and more. Its portfolio includes corporate identity services,
database development, hosting solutions, and web/e-commerce consultancy &
support. Clients such as Porsche

and the Galliford Try
Group, including Midas
Homes have benefited from these services with print materials,
advertising, corporate identification, and branding to great effect. Adnet has
implemented the CDE methodology
in order to mould its internal processes according to customer perception. It
uses the Web to publish and market its own performance, and is building a
portal to promote other organisations sharing a commitment to customer delight.

Nortel, specialises particularly in Quality Management, Software
Development and Structured Testing. Remuneration of supplied staff incorporates
