The Firm's Outline and Scope of Operation
Sheridan Associates is an IT and Communication Recruitment Consultancy Firm
operating throughout the UK and Overseas.
The Firm offers a service of cost-effective recruitment and placement of
sub-contract and permanent professionals within IT and Communications.
The Firm builds on an excellent reputation good principles and practice
following the guidelines of the Federation of Recruitment and Employment
Services. Membership of FRES ensures that the Firm keeps abreast of current
Employment legislation.
The Firm is registered with the Data Protection Registrar under the Data
Protection Act 1984. Investment in industry leading office systems, and forward
approach to business development, ensures that it keeps pace with the
prevailing commercial and technological climate.
ISO9002 applies to all its operations.
Aims and Goals of the Business
Sheridan Associates aim to be recognised as a leader in the provision of a
quality recruitment service for both contract and permanent IT and
Communications professionals.
The Firm aims to provide high quality administration, marketing and internal
system improvement.
Through the development of relationships with Clients, Sheridan Associates
recognise the need to offer, in addition to continuous levels of service, a
wider perspective on Clients requirements and business needs, enabling it to
meet fully their requirements.
Through the use of electronic bank communication systems, Sheridan Associates
are committed to provide consultants with a prompt and efficient payment
facility.
Sheridan Associate endeavour to provide a high level of service that addresses
the balance between the business requirements of the Client and the individual
needs of the Consultant.
Quality Policy Statement
Sheridan Associates has declared the following Quality Policy Statement to
enable to achieve its Aims and Goals:
It is the policy of Sheridan Associates to operate a Quality Assurance System
that will fully meet the requirements of ISO9002. Providing a high level of
service to both Clients and Consultants.
The Quality assurance procedures defined in the manual are mandatory for all
staff who are aware of the Quality Assurance requirements. All staff are
directly responsible for the quality of their own tasks and have adequate
authority, training and resources to discharge them.
Sheridan Associates recognise that its continuing success and reputation depends
upon the supply of a high quality service and commits all staff to that end,
thereby ensuring Client and Consultant satisfaction.
The effectiveness of the Quality Assurance System shall be regularly reviewed to
determine whether quality activities and related results comply with planned
arrangements, and whether these arrangements are implemented effectively and
are suitable to achieve objectives.
This statement represents my commitment, on behalf of the Firm, to the Quality
Policy.
